  1. Here are 2 youtube girls 'bbypdog" and "mesaucedo1" are both young one is 19 and one is 20 that just had the vsg surgery. If I had the capability to do the surgery when I was younger with a weight problem yes I would have done it. I did not have the weight problem at that age but would definitely do the surgery if so.
  2. Tylenol is the only thing that is approved by the doctor. Anything else can cause excess bleeding. Ibuprofen thins the blood. My question is: Can we take other things besides tylenol later on after surgery or is Tylenol it forever?
  3. Well thats good. I was just wondering if the attitude changed but if they didn't ask then I wouldn't tell.
  4. Oh. That's good you can have in your area. I am going to Mexico.
  5. You mentioned you are self pay. Where are you having your surgery done?
  6. Ha ha it sounds like a great diet plan lol. I do not want to really lie to people but I don't want to tell everyone my private business either. So this is my plan. Glad you liked it. Hope it works for you.
  7. I like this idea. Just chat and move the food around the plate like you are having the time of your life. Get some Jello for dessert and eat really slowly. They probably won't even notice if you are acting normal and talking to them. Have fun!
  8. I think I am going to say I started with a liquid diet including some high Protein drinks to get the ball rolling. Then I started to change my lifestyle by eating protein first (at least 70grams a day), then veggies, then carbs and by eating smaller portions. Cutting out sugar and carbs as much as possible and by increasing my Water intake to at least 64 ounces a day. Lets not forget working out and walking 30 minutes a day. A total lifestyle change. Thats not lying but not telling them everything.
  9. When you went to the ER did you tell them you had your surgery in Mexico? I know the ER visit did not have anything to do with the surgery but I was just wondering what they said or how they acted.
  10. Thank you. I watched your video. You look good! I am so ready the time cannot pass by fast enough.
  11. I was told you had to have at least a passport card. I hope they let you back out.
  12. You are in my prayers and congratulations on your decision to change your life.
  13. At the Mi Doctor Hospital.....
  14. I was just wondering if anyone was going to see Dr. Garcia on or around May 7th. I am just wanting to know if I will see anyone I know there when I am there. I would love to have a sleeve buddy there! I am so excited but the time seems to be creeping by, its driving me crazy. I am seeing all these posts of everyone getting their surgeries and losing weight. I am so ready to be there too! Anyone up for surgery in May?
  15. That is great!!! I am so happy for you! GREAT DAY AND GREAT FEELINGS!!
  16. I would think its a publicity thing also. The surgery is not for everyone. I do not have the money to hire a nutritionist, chef or personal trainer to keep me in line lol. I need something with me every second of everyday to help me with make the right choices and help control my intake. I know in my heart I made the right choice for me and when I get the surgery it will be a great journey. I cannot wait!!! YAY!! May 7th!
  17. Your job made you do this?
  18. I agree she should out him because of his attitude but I do think it will do any good to talk to him about his attitude because he obviously does not care about people. This cannot be the firs time he has acted this way. He knows he can get away with it so he continues it. The best way is to try and deter people from using him in the first place.
  19. Well I am glad there is not a leak.
  20. What did your surgeon say? Did you get the CT done?
  21. I agree I would expose him for the ass he is.
  22. Your a nurse so you should be able to find another job pretty easy. Good luck to you. I would put the surgery first.
