paper says u need any chewable multivitamin & chewable calcium it says centrum multivitamin chewables & viactiv vitamin chewables are recommended

thank you for all of the helpful responses everyone! shells, I'm planning on telling my teachers as well. But I have been contemplating about telling them about the vsg part. i kind of wanted to just say "i'm going to be having surgery." So far, only 2 people know about my vsg mainly because I'm kind of afraid of anyone judging me. If i do tell my teachers, I hope to God they don't think anything of it!

just wondering how any full-time college students like myself got thru the surgery & all of it's problems and demands .

so, 100lbs lighter is my GOAL! i have yet to get a date from my surgeon so i'm super excited & anxious to get going since i think about it all the time,i was wondering, how long did it take YOU to get down 100lbs? just curious, i know it differs from person to person.

so being placed on a liquid diet depends on your current weight? just wondering. i have yet to get to it, but i'm already dreading the liquid diet!

i just turned 21 in november. & what changed my mind was feeling so unhappy with how i looked & felt about myself on that BIG day. even though it was a day that was suppose to be about celebrating my 21years of life, i felt so unsatisfied about the point i had come to (which was 266 lbs at the age f 21) after all of the failed attempts of dieting. it was then that i promised myself that i would be healthy and happy by my next birthday. i say, go for it! it's hard for us young people to stay grounded when we're at this age. & with surgery, i personally feel like it's a big push in the right direction & it will aid in defeating these temptations. good luck in your decision!

hey everyone i have an orientation on the 19th of this month! however im pretty set on getting the sleeve. i've invested a lot of time in researching the surgery. So i've built up a lot of impatience! anyone care to share their timeline of the whole process?

2 weeks of waiting for an approval phone call feels like hell!!!! im so ready for this! I just wanna get this thing started. A simple date would relieve my mind right about now. . .

oh btw, i have only done the application & got the letter in the mail. I also want to know what to expect during the process before surgery (i.e. tests, etc) & the pre-op time span.

hey guys, i just got my application approved for surgery & now I'm waiting to call the number they gave me to call. i have to wait til monday because the office is closed on weekends. for all you guys that have gone thru the whole thing, about how long do i have until the actual surgery? i can't wait!!!!!
