Yesterday I had 2oz of jay robb protein shake. 2oz of jello SF and 2oz of soup. And that's it.

I was banded on the 19th too. I feel awesome today.I had the same gasping for air issues. I took a wall the store and back real slow... my belly was so hard and I probably looked pregnant.lol. I kept up with the gas ex and finally last night felt better.hope it helps.

I'm ecstatic to get outside and to clean a little.sleeping last night was the best. I slept on my side a little. Went to Walmart and walked around.still a little pain in the belly.but soo much better than yesterday when I was still in so much pain.so everyone at day three hopefully only one more day and you'll feel better too.

Today I feel great! Going to clean a little and go shopping.

I got banded on Monday And my belly is so tight and bulging? Is this normal.it feels tight but no pain.

Hey Jess and day mar glad both ya'll are great.

I am day three post op. And did not stay overnight. I went home. The first two I just had the two ounces of water a hour and my meds. Being in my bed at night is the worst really. It will get better.

The surgery went well. I went in The oporating room like 730 . Then the doctor said to the anestegiologist hey marlene is really nervous can she get a little something to calm her and I was out. I ony have to spot one up hi in my belly and the other in my belly button. My doctor does the single insision in ur belly button.I was gonna stay and decided I wanted to go home. Last night was rough. Today I am making sure to get up and waoknaround carefully. I have the week off and next too if I need it.I really am doing well. Thanks

I believe I am the first surgery. I think 7. They said 6am sharp. It is about an hour and a half away so I will leave at four am.

I am self pay and have borrowed and got a loan to get this. I have said this before and think that if my car went dead and was unfixable I would have to get a new car right? So u r worth it for ur body.so u can have a functional healthy body that u can take care of for a long time. Or u can keep trying to get the lemon of diets doing this and that and ur body still stresses because of the up and down in weight shifts! Don't think about it twice! U r worth it. And I know I am too..

I never give anyone the chance to hate on my life in any way possible. I see it at work all day long. A worker just sharing her thoughts to a fellow co worker and they spread some thing so little around the place like a high school. Terrible. Just terrible. Well not me.

Monday is my surgery.I know there are a few more ladies with the same date. I am so not nervous. I can't wait to have my day. This is all me! A step I have taken for myself by myself. And the end result will be because of my determination, drive,and dedication. I have made this my new motto: ((( To all those who say I won't or can't....WATCH ME! )))
