Della I had surgery on 3/19 and I have went from 219 to 211. Why u worried be joyous. This is the healing some gain some lose. Its our bodies and how they heal.but for all of us we have something in common. Its gonna come off soon!

My scar is so not big on my belly button. Its probably as wide as a quarter and as long as a quarter. My doc did awesome!

Started at 231 and now as of today.. 211!! 4 bags of sugar gone here!!!

I just had this done 8 days ago. Where there usually are five or six holes in u.I have one at my belly button and one tiny less than a dime size under my breast. So it will pretty much be an invisible surgery. I love it!

My IV site right where u r saying was painful too. I applied heat and a day later it was better. It didn't start hurting until 4 to 5 day after too.

So I've been doing great! Protein shake in am . A yogurt. A soup. A soup all servings are no more than 1/4 cup.. ok..I'M HUNGRY! So what to do? I'm gonna not break this!! I can do it! And if I have to another yogurt it is... just had to vent instead of going for the samoia girl scout cookie. I have 5 kids I can't tear everything out house. Drive determination dedication! !!!

Mwest. I had the same phobia.I had my surgery Monday. When I got there the nurse gave me a relaxing pill right away.i asked everyone about a thousand times bout the while u just go to sleep issue. I got into er and everyone again introduced themselves and the anesthesia Guy said hey I'm gonna give u something to calm u down ok and girl I was out.when I woke my man was rubbing my head.it was that easy.

How r all the march 19 and 20 and 21 banders doing? I am well today! Still taking it easy. Today I had three meals Protein shakes every five hour 9 then 2 and just at 7 . And actually have energy.
