  11. Remember that VSG changes your life..but you don't have to live in misery. I still enjoy foods like I did before, just can't over eat them. I stay away from the bad ones and focus on the ones I know are good for my body. The VSG will open your mind to health which many of us really weren't educated on. For you guys out there, I can still chug a half a beer. I'm doing it right now as I type. Your life doesn't have to end because you be come healthy, you learn to incorporate it. Now mind you, I can't drink a whole bottle of jager any more (I used to be a legendary partier). I'm loopy after 3 shots anymore..makes me a cheaper drunk and the ladies seem to like that!!!!!
  12. Nope..thats why i did a weightlifting training plan

    Sugar Free Chocolate Bar

Beware of chocolates like that and the other ones by Hershey and Russel Stover. They have a laxative effect on the body and its REALLY noticeable to a VSG person (I tried them all)
  21. Cutting calories isn't always the best way. As long as you are exercising regularly, you can actually increase your calorie intake. Your body is just going to burn them off anyway. Aim for a min of 1000 a day
  22. do a no carb diet with that and it should start back
