Make sure you take in all the protein daily. I take biotin and I haven't noticed any hair loss. Good luck and congrats!

Try taking smaller or baby sips. You could be drinking too fast or too big of sips. Yes the shoulder pain is normal. Remember to walk and you can use a heating pad to help with the pain. You will start feeling better soon. Good luck!

I take the centrum chewables too and I agree they are GROSS. I just make a sour face everyday. I though maybe I would get use to them but NO.

You are correct. My NP tells me 24 hours liquid and then 24 hours of mushies.

Let’s take the scale out of the equation for a moment. How are you feeling? How are your clothes feeling? I try not to focus just on the scale but the way my body is responding. My body seems to be responding faster than the scale. LOL
