I live in the Louisville area and got my lapband 2008 Dr. Shina. I lost 150 pounds and then this past year I was at a stand still, and craving and eatting too much sugar. I have found a new protein shake that I absolutely LOVE. It taste list sweet cream, and can be added of course to shakes, soups, oatmeal, you name it. People decribe it as cakemix. I started it 4 days ago and have lost my cravings of sweets, and lost 5 pounds. I love the stuff. Plus they give you so many recipes and support.
