You need to look into the new iband, it's the lapband over gastric plication. It's the newest wls. Im having mine done April 2. They are seeing results like with the sleeve. The best part is there is no cutting or rerouting of the stomach. They just fold the stomach into a sleeve and stitch it in place, no staples! -

That's great! I'm in hurst and the other two ladies that I started this with are in ft worth. We all had lunch last Sunday, it was so much fun! I think support is huge in all of this. Teri, already had the surgery in jan and Tammy and I will be in April. My name is Tahnee, what is urs? -

I'm confused, do lap banders ever get that "full" feeling? Some people tell me the food just piles up in their esophagus and the physically can't eat more without purging. Does anyone get that full satisfied feeling at all? In having the new iband (band with plication) so maybe that helps more with feeling full??

Im Self Pay--What If I Have A Hiatal Hernia??

I'm curious, what happens if I have a hiatal hernia during surgery?? I'm self pay do would that bd an additional cost?? I'm just wondering caz it seems like that are pretty common in people. Thanks -
