Feelings of failure and feeling overwhelmed have taken a direct hit at my confidence level. I haven't felt good about myself for well over a decade. I'm hoping the gastric banding procedure will start me down the road of positive change
Take good care of the people you love, be they your parents, your siblings, ... You might never get that chance again. It is a heavy heart day in America!
