Good morning, Violets. Funky looking site again this morning. I'm dressed and off to church and then lunch with friends. I'm going in the swimming pool this afternoon no matter what. It's only 41 degrees right now, but the pool water is 86 so once I get in, I'll be fine. Getting out will take all my courage.. Everyone have a good day. Laura, hope you got some sleep last night. Kris starts back to work tomorrow and she's dreading it. She's on a two month trial. If she can't handle being away from Grady, she'll stop working. She's blessed that she has that option.

Laura, I'm sure you've done some searching online for colic cures, but if not, here's one I found that is repeated by many other sources. Cures for Colic in Baby / Babies Bobster's birthday party is done. We had pasties, salads and birthday cake. I was able to eat half a pastie, a couple of tablespoons of two salads and of course a piece of cake. I have the new wii fitness DVD and Kris showed me how to work it so I'll be starting that tomorrow. No pool work today. There was just no time, but I hope to get in and get my exercises in tomorrow. Everyone have a good evening. Michelle and Haydee, have a great time and give Dr. PamELa a big hug from me. Everyone else be good to yourselves.

Here's the tips from the P.A. and nurse I'm related to. Put a little bit of mineral oil on the tip of your finger and rub it inside Carson's cheek. OR.. use a little bit of Karo syrup in the water. Also.. if he pooped yesterday, don't worry about today. Babies can go 2-3 days without pooping. After that, then try the tips.

Good evening, Violets. FINALLY I got in the pool! The air temp is 60 and the water temp was 86. It was great!! I got my exercises in and Ethan came in for a bit with me. Tomorrow is the Bobster's birthday and I'm making pasties for him. We'll have a family get together at 5. Haydee, Michelle and PamELa.. have a wonderful weekend!!! Don't drink one for me, k? :tt2:

Blah, yucky, rainy, dreary day here today. Ethan has been watching Wee Sing and is now on Dora the Explorer. Kris called today and we've decided not to do the garage sale on Saturday. We're going to be making pasties instead. It's Bob's birthday and I think he'd appreciate the pasties more than me sitting by the curb waiting for customers. We'll do our garage sale on the 6th. I just don't feel like pricing things today. Tomorrow we don't have Ethan so I'll have more time to get things out and put the stickers on. As far as formula... Kris just bought a big can of the powder and she went away for the day shopping. When she got back the can of formula was empty on the floor. Their beagle Baxter got it. He'll eat anything! I can't imagine how mellow his tummy must have felt with all that formula in it.

Good morning, Violets.. It's a dreary, rainy day here today and the temp is 48. It's only supposed to get up to 55 today. No working outside, instead I'll be pricing clothes for a garage sale on Saturday. Ethan comes at 11 for the day and I have a couple of meetings and choir. A busy day as usual. I'm trying to get my breakfast to go down. Egg, sausage and cheese. They are going down slowly. Off to get dressed and get ready for Ethan. Everyone have a great day.

Good morning, Violets.. We're back home and life is back to normal. It was so nice having someone fix and serve me breakfast each morning and having a chocolate truffle on my nightstand each evening. Needless to say, the eating was not totally by band rules this past weekend, but we're back to reality and no more sugar here. West Side Story was awesome. We were 5 rows from the stage. Dancing and singing was excellent and the story was just as pertinent today as it was back in the '50's. I got a new ring and bought some pop up books for Ethan's birthday next week. I have my hospital shift this morning and then hope to get on the trike, but it looks like rain here so we'll have to wait and see. The grass really needs to be mowed and there is a lot of work to do in the backyard. Off to do a load of laundry before I leave for my shift. Everyone have a great day!
