    Thank you for your honesty with your eatting...im sure it was some what hard to tell us all you are struggeling but we are here for YOU !!! and you make us feel good that you trust us....Your not alone we have all struggled....but yu have to just say OK...enough and really wake up tomarrow...NO right now say enough...Im winning this ....drink every time you think you need to eat...thats what I do...try plain water...if you need sweet try some mio in it.....when you do eat try making it solid proteins...a turkey burger....a hard boiled egg....Hun....dont feel ashamed to see your DR....he wants you to win also....

    Were here and cheering you on .....hugs again...

  4. Mini I didnt know it was nat run day .....

    I did a lot of walking yesterday...if I had known I would of tryed jogging just a lil..LOL

    Last thing I wanna do is hurt my knees and not be able to walk !

    Good for you staying on top of the game !


  5. hugs Diane...your family id guess are just worryed about you.....and like mine ...have never seen us thin...so usually when you see some one loose alot of weight its due to them being sick....From your pics...nope I cant imagine you fat.....you look so good......and it sounds like you eat hood !!!

    Carole I worry you are to tight....I was like that and when I had a few dys that i would be able to eat then WHAM...till I had a bad stuck and had to go get all out of the band...let it stay out for 3 days.....and when he pulled it all out there was more in then dr had said.......so he put most not all back.....I worry ....

    Janet...Maddy sounds like a trip.....just as CJ can be....he is shaking his head no right now as nurse trys to get him ready for school....

    Im off with my neice today for her birthday present of getting er nails done ....

  6. Hello Dawn...Mini and Cawanna...so happy to all be in a happy place again !!!!

    I really have missed this....Mini thank you...Im now 55 and feel better then when i was 30 !!!.....Carole so glad your taking your time and doing your kitchen the way you want....so many would just rush into it....happy for you...

    Terri....are you still quilting...Janet how about it are you done moving....need some Ben Gay tonight...??? Diane ...thinking about you and your mom...hows the adult day care coming along....

    I have been walking lots !!! I got 3 miles away from home today when CJs nurse called....he was crying for over 30 mins and wasnt stopping she felt I needed to come get them..as I walked through the main doors I could hear him crying ( broke my heart)...as soon as I said ok lets go home...OMGoodness if he didnt start giggeling and wavin his arms !!!!....His teacher had to just laugh at him......

    Ok girls new day tomarrow 3 days left to school !!!

  8. I agree find something you enjoy....dont try doing zumba 3 times a week if you hate it....or anything else cuz you hear its good exersize,,,,

    I started at 257 I couldnt walk to my mail box with out huffin....now I love walking ..nothing fancy....and if there is a morning Im feeling like I dont wanna..or its a day im spending in the car lotss...its ok....i walk around the house or any store or building i might be at that day....

    I got a FITBIT for christmas this year and it really helps you want to add steps to your day..it syncs to myfitnesspal......its just another fun tool !!!!

Sorry your having such scares....but I know how that goes....I think at some point were all there....when I find myself drifting for a better word.....I keep that water bottle close in hand 24/7 !!! and I drink and drink....cuz I know Im not really hungry just need to do something.....You can beat this....but its not always easy....forse yourself to wait 5 mins when your feeling that urge....try just getting out of the house for a fast walk 10 mins....get all junk food out of the house....if you have to bindge do it with veggies...Good Luck Hun


  10. I to didnt tell many for the reasons I was afraid Id fail yet again at weight loss and didnt want people to laugh at me for going through all that goes with banding and not have lost.....

    Now that I am at goal...I tell who ever ask how I did it....I dont care what they think now....and most now are happy for me...because they see how happy I am with myself ...Good Luck hun
