I love the music shows... The Voice !!! The Gatlin Brothers ( gospel singing) NOT Anerican Idol any more I cant watch the new judges..... and Dr Phil but I never get to see a full show...the kids get home and always subject matter that isnt kid friendly...LOL

Not sure if you still have lil ones in the home but if you dont...just dont keep fatning foods around......or have one place for just YOUR foods....and when your head thinks you hungry know you can only pick from them...maybe one see through container with cut up peppers....carrots....WW chees sticks....fresh fruit all cut up..... Have you thought about maybe a small fill....? Good Luck....hugs

Befor banding..I never thought I wouldnt want to eat a huge bowl of pasta.....now I never crave it....I crave the good things...and I loved candy before....now if i really want choc...i grab a SF pudding cup and im good...... Good Luck..think positive ! -

welcome Rosie... So happy for you....I to always was a good dieter...just as soon as I wasnt dieting I put it all back on...i could eat and eat and never feel full......So I say if I could do it any one can....God Bless and keep us posted ...

I was told no lifting more then 20 lbs for 3 weeks after banding....
