    Big Hug Nayelli I can feel your struggles...We have all had our share... So brave of you to help others making your vidios I hve watched a few of them now.... One scare that I can recall that hurt me so much was We were some place that had a person counter..them barns that turn as a person walks through it...well I really wanted to go but as I started to get to it I knew I wouldnt fit ...so I had to lie to the kids and say I didnt want to go...my husband went with them.....I sat and waited for them to finish wanting to cry.... again hugs to YOU !!!

    Need some support.

    We have all compaired our selves Im sure at one point or another.... never good !!! for Breakfast i like... SF oatmeal... Greek yogurts egg beaters turkey sausage lunches... Soups 1/celery and Peanut Butter turkey and cheese rolled up rigatta cheese w/spinach Dinners... what ever the family has just watch my portions... always eat Protein first... breads last if at all....

    Hunger

    ~hugs~ Hun... Im not sure if you do or not need another fill... Go to your dr appt and see what you weigh on his scale....and Im not sure what sorta form he has you fill out but mine ask what i have eattin in the last weeks since last visit....and then see what he says....if you really feel a lil fill will help...ask him for a lil bit of a fill..... Not saying yours is but is it possible your mostly having head hunger..? Which is worse then real hunger...but you CAN work through it...~hugs~

    February Bandsters?

    Last night I sat here for a LONG time reading this thread and looking back at many of the Feb bansters..wow we have all come a long way..... I read post that I made the days befor my new life began and I see where I am today ....What a differance a year makes is a understatment....and we still have some time to really work at it.... Congrats to all the bandsters coming up on a year and the Bandsters who will just be starting....~hugs~ around

    How do you cook for your family??

    Most days I cook 2 meals....I have 5 children and hubby...we have all been eatting much healthier...hubbys lost 30lbs....I just find it easier ..to stay on my plan...
  9. big ~hugs~ I think we all worryed / worry about failing.... Its normal...but for me the band is always a reminder Its so not like a diet...you do good...You get tired of it...so you give up....with the band you can not just give up....well you can if yu start eatting chips ice cream ...but if your eatting healthy...and protein first eaach meal...the band will help you...good luck...were all here for support hun
  10. hello...befor banding I loved water....after banding I hated the taste of plain water...and lived on Popel.....that lasted about 2 months...now I love my pure water again !!!

    Spouse/partner

    I'm very lucky my hubby supports me...he has never come to a appt with me....he is a lil over weight but has lost 30 on his own by not having as many sweets in the house....he is also trying to help one of our children who is over weight to think and make better choices

Its like pretzels for me....Im not sure what it is about them that triggers me....but as soon as I see some in the house I fight the urge to snack.....so I sure dont eat any...during the summer I did get a lil bag one day ...I knew I was walking my butt off every day and could get away with a small bag.....but oh no......staying away from saltly snacks for the winter

    ok I used fat free cool whip....fat free cottage cheese...crushed pine apple and lime SF jello....OMG so good !!!! thank you !

    ok I just made this its sitting in the fridge now....my son licked the spoon and loved it...and if he had a clue there was cottage cheese in it he would not of eatten it !!!

    I know what your saying...but when I have just a table spoon of something and they only have it listed...as smallest a cup...i change the top part to a .25 of the I/4 c......does that make sence...?
