  1. The EAS Myoplex is also available at the grocery store and Wal-Mart for about $9.00 for a 4 pack. I suggest chilling them first for the best taste.
  2. EAS Myoplex comes in pre-measured liquid 4-pack containers. It is expensive, but is supposed to be very high quality. I drank them Pre-Op and they kept me full for 4 hours. I drank a lot of Water after drinking them too. the chocolate is superior to the vanilla in the taste department. The taller containers have 43 grams of Protein, but the smaller ones are 25. I suspect this would be a perfect "instant breakfast" type drink without all the sugar. Store: Product Details These are about $2.90 each from this store and I have an athlete friend who swears by them. If you drank one each morning, this would last over 3 weeks.
  3. Hello, my name is Bert and I am a foodaholic. LOL I am 4 days post-Op. Everything is going well.. I haven't had any gas or nausea. The first day post-op, I walked 2 times for a 1/8 mile total and took 2 naps. Day 2, I walked 1 time for a 1/16th mile and took 3 one hour naps. Day 3, I walked 1 time for a 1/16th mile and took a one hour nap. Today, I rode my bike for 20 minutes and took a 2 hour nap. I've sipped about a gallon of Water all 4 days and feel rested and no pain or meds.:clap2:
  4. Hi! Does anyone have a recommendation on the different protein whey powders? It seems there is a wide range of prices, from $15 to $70 for a 2lb container.
  5. 2-12-07 Set-up appointment for weight loss seminar at UniversityGeneralHospital 2-17-07 at 11am. Barbara Deanda is my main support person. 2-16-07 Sandra and I went into Houston to the University General Hospital for the initial appointment. BMI 43 and weighed a massive 307 with clothes on. I was one of the smaller people, but may have been the biggest guy. I think everything will go through like it's on a greased (bacon) skid. Afterward, we went Papasitas. First diet class Monday. 2-19-07 0800-1000 Went to the initial class for dietary/psych eval uation and passed with flying colors. I set up my first of three nutrition classes for this Tursday and I'm having to take vacation to get it in this month. 2-22-07 1300
