Its a blessed new week and I'm going to make the most of it! I plan to exercise every day...I've got a short-term goal to meet! Increasing my protein intake and being even more careful about measuring my food. God bless!

Have had a good day. On vacation the rest of the week. I took the man-child to his friend's house this morning and then went straight to the gym. Had my protein shake around noon and didn't eat "lunch" til 4. LOL

Well...I've finished my fabulous lunch of tuna salad and celery sticks. I am sufficiently full. However, I've got a feeling that around 3:45, I'm going to be snacking on some cottage cheese. That's the way its been the past day or two. I don't like this. I feel like I'm eating too much.

So its Monday and back to the grind. Down a pound today. That makes 33. I'm snacking again today. Had cottage cheese and melon. I'm trying to cut back on the protein shakes...trying to have actual food to see if that helps me over this plateau. Happy Monday Ya'll!

So hungry today! I've decided that some days I need to have some "snacks" and I've decided that I don't have to wait as long to drink when I have a snack.but I will wait the full hour after a real meal. my snacks today have been fruit, a hard-boiled egg and about a 1/4 cup of sauerkraut w/hot dog. I've had something every two to three hours today. is that bad?

Today is the six week anniversary of my surgery. Seems like it was forever ago. LOL. On all liquids today and tomorrow since I had a 1/2cc fill yesterday. I can sure feel it too!

Confirmed 30lbs down (doc's scale) and about a 1/2 cc fill. I have to remember that 30 lbs in less than 2 months is GOOD...and stop wishing it were more.

ugh! I hate the day before a primary. Work gets crazy! Finally took an hour to work out in our training room just to get rid of the frustration!

So our company has set a free health assessment thing for us today. I like their scales better than mine---they say I've lost 32 pounds!! I think I'll go with that.

I crack myself up sometimes. I'm creating a notebook of my journey and I've called it my "LAP-book" (instead of a "scrapbook") LOL. Okay. I know not everyone will laugh. Its been a long day.

I may need an adjustment at my appointment next week. I'm gettin hungry too soon again. And I hate that bananas have so many carbs!
