I never realized how much my body talks to me, but all that fat was blocking my ears

Been working on getting off this plateu!, had a grat 45 minutes walk with my sissy yesterday heat and all!

well, hell , I have high blood pressure not low, back to liquid protein diet for a week to get myself leveled off again.

Dr added 1.5 Monday ,went back Wed lost 3 lbs because I couldnt eat, took out 1.25

Started Body by Vi Shakes, 12 grms protein per scoop, they don't seem like regular protein drinks, because they taste SO GOOD!

I should of read the whole package of the protein baar, it was one of those meal replacements, and now I'm having that swallowing thing going on
