Esophragram came out clear as a bell, can start my fills all over again..

went to lp dr today, lost 7 lbs since last visit, optioned for no fill yet. maybe next time..

It made me chuckle today when we drove up to the pharmacy window and they knew who we were by name

Two birthday oparties this weekend, fun with a fellow bandster"don't watch me, small bites, frosting goes down easy, lol fun times!

Yesterday I went to Marshalls to get snacks, and I was making the ooh yummy noises, wistfully my husband said I remember when you would say that too me!! lol

In two days I've been told,I've looked toned, yeah! its paying off eating right/exercising!

Interesting. was looking up biotin, and it went from pills to shampoos to cat food then to fish food..

NSV: look through wardrobe, found a pair of capris that became pants!

HMM Its still hard for me to keep in mind, Im not as big as used be, I don't need as much medicine sometimes!

NSV: yesterday a business man came into to see one of the bosses. He gave me a candy bar first and then the paperwork. I said I would be sure to give to supervisor. he says no candy is for you. I said its ok, he was , NO ITS FOR YOU. I said thank you , that I had had weight surgery so I tend to stay away from candy. He looked at me up and down and said you don't need surgery (probably didn't understand what I had said).  It's nice knowing that I look fit enough to where I would not need one, lol. Working out 25 out of 31 days definitely helps!

Ahh just a piece of candy.....
