Last night with my daughter's insistant help, I cleaned closets, totes of clothes I can't wear, anymore or was saving, and I still can't wear..

Something happened,
, I have a nut allergy and the only one I could eat was peanut butter, I have been noticing lately that after I eat some PB, I have been getting itchy. soo bummed -
NSV: my workout leggings no longer curl around my cancankles, I can wear a tie back dress, there is some slack now.

Don't be afraid to take a big step if one is indicated. You can't cross a chasm in two small jumps. Sometimes we have to move out of our comfort zones, we tend to settle avoid the riffs, stay out of the radar, but thas' just getting by, not real life sometimes.

It probably wasn't the best choice of words, when I asked a co-worker to make copies for me, she asked is it hard? she's been here a year and a 1/2 and most of that on her cell phone texting. I said," yes a monkey can do it..."

my family is full of July birthdays to August, today started breakfast at Carrows, lunch at Olive Garden (salad yum) and tonight at the Casino buffet (all protein) I think it was ok because I do know what I should be eating
