fell asleep at 7:30pm , he woke me up at 10:30pm .. to take my meds, then I couldn't sleep till 2:00 am!

FUMING!#!@#!, got letter from insurance that they will not covers hubbys hospital stay for 3 days for TIA (mini-stroke) because he got better!!! oh so mad,

that a hospital stay was not warranted. His face and arm were numb, had he gone to the dr, the dr. would have sent him to ER anyways... I've called the insurance and the hospital, waiting for calls, and will be taking to my insurance person as well!.. I never cried during any of this. this is what will... ughgh.

Gained some weight and people were commenting how good I looked.

going to cardio this am, if I ever said the lapband was easy slap me!!, but Im not worried, just one more step to a better me.
, hopefully stop that shake, back to basics, and things will calm down.. I like Optifast, but that stuff's expensive, I get it from ebay now and then.
