      I keep getting these fall recipes in my inbox that look so delicious but they're so unhealthy. Lots of cream, butter, flour and short on protein. I think the visuals of these Fall and Holiday meals is a appetite stimulant.

    Yesterday went to gym for class of PiYo, imagine my surprise when the instructor stood there and said well to RIPPED!

      I had already paid, and even though I didn't have the right shoes on or anything else, I said, and I do have to say it wasn't that bad. I stayed the whole hour, I kept waiting for the back pain to hit, but it never did. TOTAL NSV !!!!

    Hmm, that's interesting, had a weird dream and all I can remember is someone asking me if I was on coke or soemthing, and a fire burning that everyone was ignoring

      If I were analyze it, I think it means I'm not taking care of myself and don't look healthy and the burning fire is a problem that I'm choosing not to deal with. I told my husband and he said you analyze what you analyzed is your problem, lol

    Habits die hard, was riding in step sons new 2014 charger, and everytime I opened the door I opened it slow to make sure door wouldn't hit curb. And each time, it was nowhere near, and the car wasn't sitting low.. NSV

      I didn't feel like "look at the fat chick ,she dropped her food", ohh with everyone's eyes on me. I was whoops and a very nice gentleman helped me and said lets start over. I ended up only eating the fresh fruit anyways.

    After 5 months of no fill, I'm literally having a panic attack in drs, office, thinking in my mind I've gained all my weight back.

      Your Cousin is right , because I remembering once I stood on the scale , then I restroom , and I got on the scale right after I washed my hands and dried them off I had lost 2 lbs LOL.

    How I survive life, .. I have a plastic tumbler on my desk, double to drink water from , lately when I drink the water its been tasting funny. I figured it was my breath, I'd eaten something so I 've been drinking from it. This morning

      I poured water into the double thick cup and took a drink from the bottle, the water bottle tasted fine, I finally take a look at the cup, it developed a tiny crack and had started to mold,, its been tossed! I told my hubby, he says its ok its just penicillin,, (brushing my teeth every hour, lol)

    When I tried to wear a tube top before surgery I was told I looked lopsided , now after surgery, my boobs are even, they are both level to my belly button,lol!

    I never thought I would lose, 65-70 lbs , yet even now 100something weeks out, I still look in the mirror and think if I eat this or that , I'll blow up like the blueberry on Willy Wonka. we must remember we didn't gain the weight overnight or even loose it. One bad day , will be ok, but if you get into the old habit of tomorrow, tomorrow, that day might not ever come! Stay strong, it does get better. that's why we lost the weight to enjoy life, instead of worrying about it !

      went through all the steps and it kept telling me can not assist. I looked back, yep right bank, right pin number, I finally hit cancel and when the card came out it was the wrong CARD.. hey I had 2-3 right, lol went home for lunch, ran out of time...
