So Im going to tell you my pleasure of what makes me feel really good i like to sit in the shower sometimes hot sometimes cool and i like to think of the future of how i want my new style to be when im thin how i want my makeup should i save for a boob lift or buy the things i always wanted at the mall or just walking thru the mall without feeling out of place going to a spa gym etc and feeling good craving that cool feeling at the beach having romance feeling cute and fun having energy looking good naked waking up rubbing a flat stomach feeling that fresh breeze after sweating at the gym those are outta thousands of stuff i wanna experience<3

So i had my EGD were they put me to sleep and stuck a tube down my throat and i have a hernia i guess but they said on my lapband surgery they will take care of that they knocked me out cold i dont remember knocking out i kinda like that haha glad i got that done with now next friday they are going to do the sleep test i met some patcients too they were nice i wish i can make some lapband friends to support eachother well I will stay updated )

I pretty much gained weight from being depressed boyfriend drama anxity i was 16 when it all started i got depressed from my boyfriend and his jealously black mail etc i stayed home after my first anxity attack became hooked on the computer hooked on video games virtual worlds slowly getting fat being lazzy not wanting to see any of my friends not wanting to get out the house my boyfriend on the other hand did not realize how i waas getting he seemed to not mind then he started calling me fat b***h fat hoe fatty etc there is alot of abuse in this relationship i am now 20 at 16 i was 140 now i am 205 pounds i wanna loose the weight i wanna be active I wanna go back to the gym i used to dance hula i wanna go back i wanna feel myself again with the help of the lapband please feel free to give me advice i Have Muiltiple sclerosis(Mild) my dad has cancer im slowly getting depressed to were i cry alot...i will post pics soon of my body..

Sleep Study

so i had my sleep study last night was hell i slept on a full bed the room was small and i can hear the bart train passing the nurse put wires on my face behind my ears on my neck chest and belts around my chest waist and wires in my nose i think i stayed up till 1 or 2 am couldnt sleep i checked in at 830pm i tried thinking of wat it will be like being thin and happy at the gym or beach how ima be active what i will look like in small clothes skinny how small my jeans will look and have fun trying those jeans on i doozed off for like 30 mins i think lol woke up again the nurse kept stomping back and forth ugh he finially came in turned on the light without warning oh hell naw my eyes hurt he took off all them wires my ride was outside i was home by 350am didnt go to sleep untill 5am worst night ever and i gotta do it next friday again but this is what i want hopefully its all worth it oh btw i lost 3 pounds i have no clue how but ima not going to say im 198 cuz i dont feel 198 i feel 201 lol
