RMS got a reaction from Randi in First Day Of 2 Week Liquid Diet
I am on day 7 of my liquid diet. Broth has really saved me and SF popsicles. I miss chewing so the popsicles really help. SF jello also helps. The first 3 days were hard but get better. I now start my morning with broth that seems to help.
