  2. Hey guys! Haven't wrote on this site in awhile! I'm about 4 months out.. & feeling really stressed out.. I'm at a stall in my weight.. & been stalking for over a month.. I have been eating right & exercising regularly.. But still no change in my weight.. I see many ppl on this site that have the same problem... What can I do to change this? It's so hard..I understand this does happen especially since I already lost about 60 pounds. I need more friends that I can talk to.. So lets be friends please

    Sadly the head hunger completely sucks! Lol just try to keep busy so you don't thin about food! Thank you! Good luck to you too! Yeah, ill have to just weight myself once a month cause everyday isn't working for me

    Yeah, I used to be OBESSED with the scale lol but me & the scale haven't been very good friends lately.. I'm going to stop weighing myself for a few weeks.. Then try weighing myself again! Thanks so much

    Since you're not eating food .. You don't have anything in your stomach to actually go.. Get a stool softener & you'll be fine! NO LAXATIVE! Everything will get normal once you start eating again

    Naseous Help

    I'm over 7 weeks post op & I still get nauseous sadly =/ mostly Mornings & nights .... My doctor said it can be cause of the surgery & my body is still changing.. Idk lol

  20. I need help.... I drink... Orange juice ; diet snaple.. Cristal light.. Mio... Water... Protein shake... Fuze.. Diet cranberry juice. Is there anything else... I'd be able to drink without much sugar? =/
