  1. I was sleeved December 1st. 2011 and already in this time I have gone through so much, nothing bad, just the learning process of the new sleeve. I am losing about a pound a day I am currently at 260 (and this was the last day of my period so expect to drop more this week), so my highest was 303 then the day of surgery I was 287 and as of 1/3/12 I am 260. The best part is just how good I feel it is like I hit a switch and I feel so much better. The eating can be tough mainly I have to slow down a bit and I’m having trouble tolerating the Vitamins, and I’m completely over the Protein Shakes. I am down a pant size and expect to be down another in the next few weeks. The problem that I am having is that I haven’t had much trouble and the transition for the most part is going smoothly, this leads me to think that I am not doing something right or I won’t be successful. I know it’s all in my head but I just thought I’d share.

  2. I am a month and 4 days post op and I have noticed that when I’m full that I have a small burp…the trick is to stop as soon as I burp one bite more and I could feel very uncomfortable. This is a learning process and because everyone is different you have to pay attention. I was using that very full feeling as my gage but I feel much better stopping after the burp, I don’t feel over full, just right.
