I LOVE isopure! They don't sell it in Canada so I have to import it from the USA and it ends up costing me 165$ for 24 bottles. I have tried Grape frost and Passion Fruit. I am ordering a variet pack next time.

I'm scared of failure as well. I feel so much pressure and while I love my husband dearly I know he will be the first one to say "I told you so" if I fail. He's against this surgery. I keep telling myself that even if I only lose 50lbs it is still going to add years to my life. Even if I gain some of what .i lose back I can't possibly gain it all back. I am determined to do my best every single day. I have already changed my health and eating habits and I will continue to do so every sinlge day. I will succeed even if the number on the scale isn't what I have to use to determine my success, and so will you.

I highly Reccomend the Shock Absorber brand. I've never had a sports bra as good as it is since I started running.

I agree, it's garbage and you can get more Protein from other shakes. Have you tried Isopure zero carb drinks? 40g of protein
