I am right behind you Randi, I have my preop appointment on the 13th and was also told about my fatty liver and would be required to do a 2 week liquid diet. By any chance, did they recommend any sugar free pops to you? I would assume you could eat as many as possible as well as the broths. My plan is to keep broths and pudding and water (although I may be very tired of them by the end of 2 weeks) close by at all times to ease the hunger pains as well as go to bed VERY EARLY to not think about it. Glad I found the blog! I just found out that I was approved for my surgery and a tentative date and the jitters have definitely kicked into high gear. Congratulation on your success thus far. I look forward to watching your progress!
