@symplekindalife hang in there don't give up we are at the same pace. Today is day 7 and I tried some potato soap and I got full fast. You should be losing weight if I am understand you correctly. I am surprise that you are not doing protein shakes are you doing vitamins at all, otherwise you are going to be weak. Hang in there.

@sumplekindalife we have something in common I have my surgery on Dec. 12th as well. We can do this hang in there I can't even finish a full shake I feel to full. But, oh well am loving it 20 lbs down already.

Well,

I am day 6 and the first two days I rested because I was really bloated. Day three I felt so much better after my Gas X and Milk of Mag and I haven't had to take any tylenol. I am looking forward to week 2 which is tomorrow for me I can bump it up to thick liquids. I am so board with broth, water, gelatin and popsicles. I am not in any pain still a little in the shoulder but very mild. OMG, the incisions itch like crazy and I just scratch around them for confort as much as possible. I am sleeping on my side now and turning pretty good without precaution. I had a shower Wednesday and oh boy so refreshing and juvenating. I went out shopping on Thursday and it was very hard for me, so I tried it again today and it was much better I even drove my car. Progressing and moving forth.
