  2. Not sure really where to start other than I had my lapband surgery on April 6th 2011, it was the best thing I have ever done even though I have had my rough patches at times. I am still learning how to eat I know it sounds funny but if you have had the procedure done you know what I am talking about. I was one who would sit down and eat fast and large bites my whole life and that has been a hard change for me and still trying to make that adjustment. My weight loss has gone pretty well I am 8 months out since surgery and have lost 91 pounds. I guess that is good really have not talked to anyone else who has had the surgery so not sure if that is pretty good or not. I feel better and have cut out alot of things I use to eat that made me fell like crap. Anyways that is a little of my story. Thanks for letting me tell you a little of my journey since my lapband surgery
