Seeing the cardiologist tomorrow for my exercise physiological evaluation..Thinking I'll do fine because I workout quite-a-bit already. Monday's the Psych evaluation..dun, dun, duuuun

Staying the course with P90X so that I'll hopefully be strong throughout my surgery and make it easier for myself to get back into exercise

So today I visit my surgeon for the first time (outside of a seminar) and I'm excited to the MAX! My insurance said they cover the procedure so I'm ready to hear what the DOC has to say :-)

I have 1 supporter...that's far more than I need :-D

Aaargh! They just changed my DR's appt from Wednesday to Friday...Aaah well at least it's not after Christmas!

So excited for my appointment!!!
