  2. I called and asked for them to send requirements 28 pgs the same insurance co can vary state to state. In tx I did 6 months Dr visit for dieting, phyc visit, nutritialist visit, provided last 5 yrs of Dr visits showing wt.
  3. My surgery Dr told me that a lot of people don't understand LB not even ones in the medical field. They can be very judgmental. I would go by what the Dr performing surgery says.
  4. Try put name of town in header someone from your area may respond quicker. Don't they have a support group through Sr office if not look on line for support groups.

  8. I had that fear until I decided that the positives of lower bmi with increased health and feeling good about myself out wt'ed the neg.s. this is part of your research. You have to take the time to read posts neg. And positives and talking to your Dr. All this should help you decide. Good luck!

  12. The only person that can say its unrealistic is you. I weight various ers up and down from 115- 240 I now wt 212. My goal is 145 then ill see were I am comfortable after that. When I was 115 ( for short time ). I didn't feel healthy but I lost the wt wrong ect. And now I'm taking wt off healthy/slowly. I think I want to be a little less than 145 but will find my sweet wt after I get there. With your size I don't see why you couldn't be 125. Just see how you feel when you get there. Do not let neg. People derail what you want.

  14. I like MIO liquid drops my favorites are sweet tea and berry pomegranate. You put in one drop for light flavor sometimes I add up to 3 drops. They are pricey 350. 1.62 fluid oz but they last a long time its says 24 servings. You can carry in your purse its so easy to use
  15. I lost around 12 lbs its hard tell exact amt due to foot surgery that followed LB surgery.
  16. I really like the Premier Protein drink too! Lower carve than most. I also use 0 fat Greek yogurt to add protein to soups, scrambled eggs ect. It's really good in soups during the 1st stages.
