  1. yes here...I'm just a little over a week post-op but they do itch!
  2. I must agree here. For Breakfast I have some greek yogurt, for lunch I have a little tuna with cottage cheese and for dinner it just depends...I'm consuming 800-1200 calories. so far so good.
  3. um. Get throug the pain? There will be ups and downs to weight loss. It's not a miracle cure. You have to be your own Miracle Cure. I'd quote a favorite line from the movie "The Rock" that Sean Connery says to Nic Cage, but I don't want to offend anyone.
  4. So I got my staples out...set my first fill for July 20th at 10am and my official weightloss at the doctor's office was 11lbs (they had me at 254) but I had my shoes off and clothes on...so..its fairly spot on.
  5. Normal Lapband surgery.
  6. I've been using the fitbit for over a week and I love it..it even records my sleep patterns. I'm glad I bought the FITBIT. Their customer service is great as well. I've gotten a response within 12 hours of sending a message and they've gone through the steps to fix my problems I might be having. I also have the fitbit android app as well. I can walk into my bedroom where the fitbit charger is and the charger will instantly download the log of information without me even plugging the fitbit into the charger. Its great!
  7. So I'm a week post op. I'm down from 267 to 251.5lbs and I hope to have my staples removed today. I have an appointment in an hour. Wish me luck!
