    Hello everyone, I was sleeved on 11/15/2011 and so far I'm down 30lbs and I'm healing well with a little soreness. I'm walking 2 miles a day. I would love to hear how all of the Nov. sleevers are doing. Are you still on liquids or eating solid foods, how much have you lost, are you back to normal, what are you doing for excercise? etc. I look forward to hearing from all of you.

    I have not had this problem. The only thing I can think of is to ask your doc to check you to see if you are deficient on any vitamins. I hope you find an answer soon. Also MaryKay has a great product for acne if you have not already tried that. http://marykay.com/lashondracanhelp

    First let me congratulate you on all your weight loss thus far. You are definitely NOT a failure. You ARE an inspiration to so many. From time to time we have a little set back but when we sit back and think things through, we press forward even when it seems so hard to do. You've come too far to give up now. You CAN do this. Please don't give up. Be encouraged and you are NOT I repeat NOT a failure.

    It took 2 weeks for my throat to feel normal again. This pain is no joke. Hang in there and try to suck on ice to soothe the pain.
