I I'm 4 weeks out and I'm having soreness around my incisions when I bend down. I saw my doc yesterday and he said that was part of healing. Prior to that I was pain free. Please ask your doc to be sure.

I'm sure happy to see you are feeling better. Visiting Nurse? Wow I didn't get that special treatment. That alone is encouraging. Hang in there it will get better. Have a great weekend.

The only exercise i got was lifting right hand to mouth. too funny

So I just decided to walk 2 miles. I'm in Florida and the weather is beautiful! As I'm walking my pants are falling down. So I reached for the drawstring in the front and WTHeck? no drawstring. So I felt around the back and realized I had my pants on backwards. No wonder the landscaping guys were looking at me funny huh. Well I see it as a NSV. What do you think?

If you family is behind you then that's all the support you need. I admit I was afraid to have the surgery here in the US for all the reason you stated. You have to do what's right for you and your daughter. I pray you are very successful and prove her wrong. I wish you the best in your weight loss journey. God Bless You.

I was real good until the 9th day when I got that call on a Friday telling me my insurance would not cover the hospital and I could not have my surgery. WTH-eck. So I got angry and rebelled for a day but quickly got back on track after asking for forgiveness. I found another sugeon and life is good. No doubt I would have lost more if they'd left me alone. But if I had not got that call I would have been banded. so it turned out to be a blessing.

I only lost 10lbs and that was my fault.

I started solids today and was able to ean an egg and cheese omlet with 2 eggs and some baby spring mix leaves. I got full after the eggs but only was able to eat a small amount of the spring mix.

I only saw mine once. The nut could have cared less and check this out, he needed the surgery wayyyyy more than me lol.

It's ok. I truly understand. If you need to vent just feel free to mssg me. We're all in this together. BTW if you wait until next year, will you still have the same coverage?

Great nsv! Congrats for getting off of your meds and having your rod taken out. For iron I get iv infusions and it helps a lot.
