  1. Another day conguered with staying away from sugars. ;) Let's Rock!

  2. Today is such a beautiful day, I just want to dance. ;)

  3. I have been doing really great without eating sugar in my diet! Yayyyyy!

  4. Today I had a Poblano burrito from El Pollo Loco. It was delicious but was too spicy for my stomach. Oh, and I could only eat a couple of bites. ;)

  5. I have been so good on not eating sugars and drinking a lot more G2 mixed with water. But now I'm wondering if I'm sabotaging myself with G2 since it has sucralose. Hummmmm! Can anybody give me feed back?

  9. Today was a stressful day! I ate minimally and expected my son to pick up a pizza from Costco, and he hadn't left yet. I was so focused on the pizza that I started snacking on candy, toffee covered peanuts, and finally the pizza. I could only eat 25% of a slice. I thought my sleeve was failing me. However, it was me feeling famished! I am somewhat disappointed in myself! Dammit~

  10. Today is going to be a very stressful day, FIL is in the hospital with a fractured cervical from following, he's 92 years old.

  12. For some reason, I've been take ToCoQ10 and I just googled it and discovered it's for the heart and works in conjuction with vitamin E as an antioxidant! ;).

  13. Today is a nw day, I am going to eat healthy and exercise! I'm getting my cloths on and going to the park for a walk with nature! Yeah! nature. ;)

  14. Today was getting stuff together for our tax guy tomorrow! I can't believe I ate to many cashews. At least my taxes will be done and I don't have to worry about it any more. ;)

  15. Here we go again. My scale is a total liar! This morning it was up 2 lbs and 2 hours later the scale went down 2 lbs. WTH. It is not a very good reinforcement to step on the scale anymore. I will do a liquid diet today. I think it's water weight. Humm! :)

  16. I just bought a Chipolte Chicken bowl and now I have 4 more meals. Yayyyyyy!

  17. It feels so good to be home. Just got back from the mountain and got a lot accomplished! My goal is to stop eating sugar! I watched 60 minutes and there was a commentary on the toxicity of sugar and how it is similar to Cocaine in addiction. This contributes to obesitty, heart disease, and diabetes. I am vowing to live a healthy new life style that doesn't include sugar. This will be a cballenge, so let's bringit on! Let's rock!

  18. I just had my 6 mo appt with my surgeon and she said I was doing really great and that I only have 1 to 2 lbs to lose. I was looking at the BMI chart and it stated between 130 and 145. I'm weighing 159 on their scale and 155 on my scale with less cloths on. So I'm totally confused. Anyways she saids I could eat more calories because my 900 calories might have my metabolism slowed down. So I will work on eating more calories. Now it's time to work on toning and contouring my...

  19. Today, I bought myself a Golden Retriever Puppy and he is 6 weeks old and cute as a button!

  20. I really want a golden retriever puppy! They're so cute and cuddly! However I have 2 other dogs right now.

  24. Gosh, I just ate 5 baby carrots, cucumber, and tomato. It is absolutely delicious. I also had some potato fried and I am so full now! Yeah........ I'm working on not eating any processed foods. Time to clean out my system.

  25. Time to take a break from the scale, it lies, I don't weight 154 (haha) in my mind's eye, I weight 130 lbs. LOL
