I can't believe how my BIL and SIL can be so disrespect to my MIL by rummaging through her stuff! Frustrating! Trying not to have bad thoughts about them.

I upped my calorie intake to above 1200 and still haven't lost anymore. My fitness pal keeps lying to me and telling me if I keep eating less than 1200 calories a day, in 5 weeks I will be down to 145 lbs! NOT! LOL

For the first time in 7 months I have really messed up my diet. I have so much head hunger and it's killing me. I am so freaking out that I have actually gained weight. Oh well, I will be good tomorrow.

Going to a funeral, went shopping at Nordstrum, looked at a skirt and thought, that's really tiny, it won't fit. I tried it on and wow, it fit. It was a medium. Northface jacket arrived, tried it on, sleeves were toooo short, checked the label, it was a SP. It fit except for the length of the sleeves. I had ordered a Medium. LOL

I had an awesome NSV today! My nephew's 22 year old daughter told me how great I was looking. She told me that she didn't recognize me at first and had to ask her dad who I was. So happy!

It's not about lbs. It's about inches and feeling good about yourself!

So excited, I am in the normal weight category for my height! Just barely but it still counts!

7 months out and my hair has finally slowed down in falling out! Very thankful!

I keep seeing all these ads for lap-band on our site and it's driving me crazy because I know the models they utilized did not have any type of wls! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I went walking in the park and I seen this skinny lady walking. I thought too myself, I want to look like that, skinny. Well driving to my office, I realized, I am that skinny women! Yayyyyyyy! I love my skinniness!

Yesterday I discovered that the base of my neck has definition! Wowwww! Great NSV!

It is really hot today or I'm having Hot Flashes from that chili dog I just ate. Hummmmmm?

Met up with a friend and her external voice told me she couldn't handle my skinniness which was suppose to be her internal voice! It is a struggle for the people that love us. They then have to look at how unhappy they are with themselves. I feel really good about my skinniness!

Today I gained 3 lbs since a couple of days ago! I expect to fluctuate at lease 1 to 2 lbs, but 3? Shocked.....

OMG! I went shopping today with a friend and wow was it nice to buy new cloths! Love it!

I can't believe that biotin and silica are really working! I have hair growing where it's hasn't grown before! LOL

I can't believe it, I allowed myself to have a little bit of pancake for breakfast after eating my protein and now I am so wanting some sugary foods!!!! So frustrating and scary to see how just a little maple syrup in the AM can trigger such a response....

Today I'm going to be ROCKING this SLEEVE!

It has been such a wonderful day and I realize that I really hate to cook for myself.

WOOOOOHOOOOOO! I tried on my size 6 slacks and they actually fit. this is a major mark for me. So happy!
