Just had some soup and a protein drink, and I feel so sick! I ate too much.....Wish I could throw up...

The scale has dropped by 2 lbs since yesturday! Yayyyyyyyyyyyy! Still have more to go so will keep my calories at about 900.....

I was just reading material about healthy foods and snacks on real age for diabetes and I am already doing it. One thing I learned is that I won't be eating the low fat yogurt anymore due tot he high sugar content. It's plain yogurt sweeten with real fruit! yep, I love eating healthier and way small portions!
Oh and no artificial sweetner's for me. They reck havoc!

Just got back from the mountain and am starting a whole new list for being thankful for my sleeve! Yep, I love my sleeve.

I will be so happy when my rehab bathroom is finished and I don't have any one here at my house! I'm tired of being stressed out and I can't sleep well either. Waking up with a HA every AM sucks big time!

I can't believe that I have gained a lb. I have been eating sugary stuff and didn't eat any protein last night. boy am I paying for it. Back on track now.

I am working on getting in a lot more fluids today and look at my issues with head hunger.....

I can't believe today I have been so hungry that I have eaten tooooo much and I don't feel any restriction. I have eaten mostly protein but my fitness pal saids I've eaten over 1400 calories. OMG! I must have gained a pound!

Went to see my PCP today and discussed diabetes. My diabetes is under control but still need to watch what I eat bc I can get it back even if I maintain my weight right now. Hummmmm, there is no cure just healthy eating habits! So healthy eating it is!

Feeling at bottom today. Fearful of gaining weight back. Sad! Am getting back on track today. No carbs! Proteins and exercise.
