I'm kinda of wondering why Chris Christy (New Jersey) hasn't lost much weight with the lap band? He had it done last February and he reported to the media that he is half way to goal. I just don't see it.......Puzzled?

I just realized my lowest weight was 141 lbs and I'm now up to 148 lbs.
Back to basics of logging and doing 5:2.

Today is a sad day, met a friend I hadn't seen in a while and she has gained a lot of weight.
When I tell her about cutting carbs and eating proteins and veggies, she tells me it's not healthy and discounts what I say. I hate to see her keep getting bigger and bigger as time goes by. I do know that this is clearly her issue, not mine....... -
I am so excited today, I am at my lowest weight of 140.8 lbs and even if it's a weight fluctuation, I will take it! love it!

Thank you all for your prayers for my cousin. She was in the hospital and because of her obesity, did not seek medical treatment for herself. She was diagnosed with cancer (4 tumors, one on her stomach). She passed away yesterday which makes me really sad. This is a reminder too me that the sleeve has potentially saved my life and many others on this board who have chosen to have this life saving procedure.....

Can you all pray for my cousin who was going through the process to be sleeved and found out that she had 2 tumors in her stomach and has cancer. She just had her first chemo session today and was able to go home........God Bless her.....

Hi, I just want to let you all know that I won't be on VST for a long weekend.... I will be in Hawaii visiting the much needed R & R.......Have a wonderful weekend and enjoy getting skinny and healthy.....
