this was sooo motivating to see your results! good job!! i am about 8 weeks out, and it is encouraging to see fab numbers!!
  2. I understand how you feel!!! I am three weeks out today and have lost 23 pounds but the scale hasn't moved now for 10 days!!! It's frustrating cause you just want to see the numbers going down and down but you will notice other changes.. Maybe your pants feel looser, my face looks thinner... So keep it up and the weight will start going down, for both of us!
  3. Congrats!!! I'm only a few weeks out and look forward to the same type of achievements!!!
  4. You are doing great!! Keep it up and keep the faith! it will all work out
  5. i am now 12 days post op, and still experience hiccups every now and then. I think for me, hiccups is my "full" sign...i usually get it after i sip a good amount of liquids.. but the hiccups have definitely been less since surgery. I also did not have terrible gas pains. Every now and then I would have some slight pains like around my shoulder, but if i let out a burp it would go away...hope this info helps and good luck! each day really is easier easier...
  6. Thanks everyone for the input! I feel more at ease !!!
  7. My hubby bought me Popsicles the other day and I realized this evening that the are not sugar free. Im worried, will this have a negative effect on my weight loss or sleeve? I ate about 4.....
  8. Hey everyone!!! I was sleeved on Dec 28th. So far post op I have lost 20 pounds!! Definitely the hardest part is the smell of food....head hunger...and I can no longer tolerate broth. Also I am having a hard time getting in all my protein. Recovery is going well, trying to take it easy but I am also very very tired a lot! I go back to work Monday so that's a little stressful. It would be great to take anotherb2 weeks!!! But congrats to everyone!!!! It's very exciting!!!!
  9. Congratulations!!!! This is very exciting and glad to hear you are now cleared!!! The 25th will be here before you know it!!!

I bought protein shakes but just can't stomach the taste! Any tips on how to make it taste better or which proteins should I try??? Please help I'm probably only getting 10 grams a day....
