Ami, I am not sure there is a right answer here. I do understand your frustration. I was stuck also from last summer until this past January, I had a fill and then the weight started to fall off again. I can't explain it, I was doing everything right, eating and exercising. I searched the forums looking for answers. The one think I did start doing was logging everything I ate faithfully, and I do mean everything I put between my lips. Even the tastes of something when I was cooking or just a bite of this or that. The other thing I did was increase my Protein to 90-100 gms per day and decreased my carbs to less than 80 perday. I am not sure what worked, the fill, the really looking at what I was eating, increasing my protein or decreasing my carbs. What I really think worked is the last adjustment, and really being in my sweet spot (green Zone) I honestly don;t think I had ever been there before this past January. Also, you may think this is odd but I have no idea how much is in my band, I lost track along the way and all I know is what ever is in there now is working. Point to my long winded comment, do not get discouraged and stay focused you will start losing again. Keep up the good work.

Have you started adding regular exercise? I only ask because I work out at least 5 days a week and that's the ONLY way I got here. I just know I wouldn't be seeing anything close to 50lbs if I weren't exercising as well.

Today is my 4 month Bandiversary and I am thrilled!!! The scales sometimes is a b*tch to me lol but when I step back and look at the whole picture I am extremely happy. My BMI when I started this journey was 46.1 and today its 37.6. I am 2 lbs away from a 50lbs weight loss. I am hoping I have finally arrive at "green". Here is some pics I took. I am actually lighter now than the pic but still I couldn't be happier

Congrats, I am right there with you, about 45lbs. Been kind of slowing down over the last couple weeks though. I still feel like it was a great choice.

plus you are only a month and half out.. havent had a first fill yet. I am about to go for my 3rd fill and im still not in the green zone.. I try and stay around 1000 and i exersize 3-4 times a week burning approx 400-600 each time. it takes burning 3500 calories to lose 1 lb!!!!!! you will get there. I had my surgery 12/23 and have lost 45 i have hit about 3 plateus (sp) so far!!! keep your head up )

I got a .5 cc fill today and im hoping for some restriction but the Water went down fine. i have heard you can get some swelling from a fill that is why my doc says liquads for 2 days and mushy on the 3rd!!
