Woke up and the sun is shining like crazy. I love it, but need to enjoy it. Back to more rain tomorrow and for the next few days. Hubby is going to get the grass cut later today. I can't help out since I have to work. Oh well. Tracy, that is so scary about dsd. Our neighbors ran into that situation and it totally exploded. The fifteen year old got caught exhibiting behavior like that and the mom discovered that she'd had sex. Well in order to cover up for the guy she had sex with she claimed that her dad had been molesting her. Oh my gosh. It turned into the biggest nightmare a family could face. The girl finally admitted after they hauled her father off to jail that she lied, too late. He had to do his time and is now a registered sex offender for the rest of his life. Once she found out that everyone was seeing her pics on My Space she had it blocked. She wasn't naked either, just provocative posses in a bikini in someones hot tub. She never would tell who took the pics. Becareful how you approach her. Pam, I'm still in awe of you for even the smallest attempts to make it to the gym. You'll find a regular pattern soon. Don't forget it's CTCD, Have a good one.

Ummm, Debbie is my best friend so becareful what you say about her. She's been there for every bite, sip and lick I have taken. She encourages me at every turn, every turn into Taco Bell and Dairy Queen. I rely on her to say it's ok for that Ho Ho, the bag of BBQ chips or the bowl of Ice Cream. She's that one friend I can always count on to say it's ok and that it doesn't matter what I look like. She doesn't care that I'm huge, fat and ugly. She likes me because I always listen to her. Shhhhhhhh, don't let her find this out, but I do plan on ditching her soon.

Home from work and trying not to fall asleep. I fixed a salad and ate it. Yummy. Heather, that was pretty scary you must be a wreak after that fall. I hope you didn't hurt anything to bad. Pam, great job on the gym, keep us motivated. Ok, off to go take a little nap. Bye.

Terry, it's this guy who follows a person and spies on them to find out their bad eating habits. He than contacts them and tells them that he can help them out to lose weight and get their lives back on track. He teaches them how to clean out their kitchens and how to exercise and so on. It was pretty informative. I'll watch a few more shows. Jane, How couregeous of you to move on. I have no doubt that you can handle anything out there. You would be very good working as a receptionist or any job in the public eye. You are a very personable, lovely person. Dinner's ready. BBS.

I recorded the show "I want to save your life". Pretty interesting show. The guy who does it had some pretty interesting things to say that make you really think.

It's starting to cloud up now. Guess I'll find a good movie to watch and hunker down. I need to pull some chicken out and figure out if I'm going to bake, fry or BBQ it.

Good Morning. Tracy, so glad that you are feeling better. The just showed that a couple in Kansas has been reported as having the "Swine Flu". Hope they get this undercontrol. Nothing planned for today. It's very windy and they are calling for severe storms all day. A tornando hit in the Leavenworth area yesterday. Hope TracyKS is ok. Wasn't she camping this weekend? I'll probably just do stuff inside the house here and get my laundry finished. Have a good day.

I went to a bridal shower tonight and they were serving margaritas. 3, yes I said 3. I'm a lush. But we had a great time. Terry, Hero is beautiful. Sometime I'll have to take the camera into my bathroom. My cat molly likes showers also. She's a hoot. TracyK, I hope you get to feeling better soon. Pam, congrats on getting approved by the editor. One more step. I need to hit the bed. The 3 drinks have made me very sleepy.

Up and drinking my hot cocoa, fed the cats already. Last night hubby and I sat out on the deck listening to the ballgame (sorry Judy, KC won). Came in and than went to bed around 10pm. Slept till 8:30. Boy that felt good. Really nice day here today except it's cloudy. but at least it's not cold and snowy. Hubby and I talked last night about when we might think about openeing the pool. We'll probably wait till the second week in May. We've seen some people have already taken their covers off. I think we'll wait. But the last 2 days would have been nice to go swimming, the days have been warm enough for it. Everyone have a great day and I'll check in soon.

That dogs face was just what the doctor ordered. It brought a smile to my face. How exciting about your trip. Long day today. Judy, you would have been so proud of me up on that alter. I had a lot of people come up to me later to tell me how proud they were of me for being a Eucharistic Minister. Father gave a wonderful eulogy and after the ceremony at the cemetery we all stood around and sang an old irish song for Kathy. She would have loved it. Tomorrow I have a bridal shower to go to. Looking forward to it. Need to get my mind back in the game. Have a good night sleep all of you.

Morning. I woke up again at 3am but talked myself into going back to sleep. Now I'm up and showered. I'll get moving here soon. I just needed to check in with my girls. Oh how I wish I was in Texas today. You guys are so lucky. All went well at the visitation last night. Got to see alot of family I haven't seen in a long time. One of my cousins cornered me and and just went on and on about how he had come to Calif. to visit and how much fun he had staying with us. I was only 1 year old at the time. LOL. Another beautiful day here today, but it's supposed to be very windy. As long as the sun is shining, that's fine. Everyone have a great day, especially the Tx's gals. Pics, pics, pics. Please. 3am, ughhhhhhhh But it is giving me time to catch up on all your post. I miss you guys so much. It's a good thing I don't have a extra large pepperoni pizza here. I'm be gnawing on it right now. Jane, I hate that about the shop was without power. I know you can cut but what about blow drying and curling. That would suck. I also dressed for eart day and no one said a thing. sigh. Laura, Hugs to you and Carson. I always marvel at the new things that they come up with to help people. That bed was something else. I had never even heard or seen anything like it. Keeping my fingers crossed that he gets better soon. Do they make anything to put in his bed at will vibrate it a little to sooth him? I know your to young for this but when we used to travel, they had those beds that you would put a quarter in the box and the bed would vibrate. Just hope you weren't on the 2nd floor. The poor people below you could hear it. Pammy, I had to take antibiotics while I had my stitches and ended up getting a yeast infection. I know it's not as painful as your UTI, I just wished I'd had a brillo pad. Doc gave me a prescription for Diflucan and it cleared it all up. Hope you are feeling better. Tracy, Haydee and Terry. You are making me jealous. I wish I had time to drive down and meet you all for lunch. Have a great time. Thank You all for your thoughts and prayers. I know that God never gives us anything that we can't handle but he's pushing it to the limit for me. Losing special people in our lives is so hard to go thru. Kat, thanks for the story about your Grandpa. It reminds me that Kathy will be forever without pain and also knowing that she is with my Mom and Dad helps ease some of my pain. I think I'll try to head back to bed for a little while. Kathleen and I still have a fee things we need to get done before the visitation tonight. I wish I had time to go find me some clothes that fit properly. Guess I'll have to get some safety pins out and do some tucking. Thank You all of you. I treasure you more than you know.

Jane, I agree with Judy. That has to be water gain. And what pill are they wanting you to split? Hopefully your water pill should only be a small round pill. What a hassle that nurse is, she was wrong in handling your problem. Came home from work hoping to take a little nap. Nope didn't come close to it. First got a phone call from my Aunt. then there was a fender bender out in front than my nephew called. Than my niece called and than my sister came home with a friend. I knew I should have gotten a motel room. Guess I'll go to bed early tonight. Poor Michelle. I hope things will get better.

Good Morning Girls. Ahhh, a new week. No rain in sight and temps are supposed to get up into the 70's. Can't get to much better than that. Hope all our happy travelers are back home safe. Rain has finally stopped here. Thank goodness. I've been at the hospital all morning. My cousin is in with kidney failure, sepsis(?) and pnuemonia. She's been in since last Thursday in ICU. I got her all cleaned up and put lotion on her, bed linens changed and kept feeding her ice cubes. She was starting to doze so I decided to come home. She's getting better, just taking time. Michelle. I does seem like so much time and effort are put into something that last just a short time. But I know it's a big deal for the kids and they get a kick out it. Pamela, enjoy what sounds like a great day.

Judy, You and Bob have a safe trip. Sorry about the potty problems, believe me, I fully understand.

Good Morning Girls, Just got back from the gym. I haven't been for 2 weeks. I've worked out at Curves and have done my walking, just haven't been to the gym. My arms are all wobbly from the weights. But a good wobbly. Terry, Have a great time on your visit. I envy you getting away for awhile. I need to get away, my sisters kids are driving me crazy right now. Ughhhhh. I won't bore you with all the details. Just suffice it to say that they are ungrateful snots. Now I need to go in and take my shower and than get my day started. I think I'm going to wait till Sunday to weigh. I kinda went a little overboard yesterday. Ooops. But I was still down 1.6 pounds yesterday morning. Doc was realyl happy about it. He said that he is happy with my weight loss so far. I talked to him about my goal for my birthday. He said it was attainable but he would be happy if I just lost 10 pounds between now and June. Jane, how did your sleep study go? Did you get to sleep any? Hope they find out what's going on. Pam and Jenn. I hate to keep asking this but have you guys gotten your packages yet? They should have arrived last week sometime. I hope they haven't been lost. Give me a holler. Have a great day. I have to work the afternoon shift. I'll check in when I can.

Happy Days are here again. I'm gonna be gone all day. I have a Doc appointment over in Kansas today and since I will be over there, I'm gonna spend the rest of the day with my friend Judy. I only get to see her when I have an appointment. So, will someone text me again with the news that Carson is finally here????? Thanks Jane for texting me yesterday. Everyone have a great day.
