  1. Thanks for the clarification.

    I would say you need to tell them, because you may be too tight. While we all got the band to lose weight, we also should want to maintain our health while we do it. I am not sure 400 calories a day is a good idea and that your body can continue to be healthy on so little calories/nutrition for a long period of time. If being healthy and fit is also your goal, you really need to talk that over with your doctor as soon as possilbe.


  2. I would like to help but I am not clear why you are asking for help. If I am reading correctly you lost 8lbs since last Monday. If that is true, I would think that 8lbs in a week is a really good week. Are you thinking it was too much or not enough?

    You also said that you are only eating 10% or less of your food and then go back and eat a little more but later say that with all the eating that you orginally thought 8lbs was good. So are you thinking you are eating too much or too little? If you know, it might be more helpful to know how many calories you are eating and what types of food you are eating.

    If you could answer those questions as well as clarify why you think you should be worried, I am sure if I can't help some else may be able to give you some advice.
