VSG scheduled for Dec 5th in TJ Mexico with Dr Ramos Kelly. Any other Sleevers out there that went to Dr Kelly?

Scheduled for VSG on Dec 5, 2011----Excited but Nervous. Any helpful hints for the Pre-Op period? I was hoping to get real food for Thanksgiving ( since i won't get it for x-mus) .......but apparently Its 11 days out from my surgery
