  4. Not a good day today. Miss my dad as its been two years since he passed. Also the Christmas treats at work are calling my name...trying to just stay strong

  17. Despite being sick all last week and really not eating the best foods I still managed to lose 2 pounds! Thats exciting...but feeling better and back on track this week!

  24. I was allowed solids for the first time in 4 weeks! I ate tomato soup, sugar free jello, sugar free pudding and cottage cheese lol I guess old habits die hard!

  25. Slipped up this week and only lost 2 pounds :( but thats better than a gain!
