How did your surgery go? Are you doing ok?

It has been a year, all is well and still working on the weight. I have my spells where I do not lose at all, and I have even had spells where I gain a little, but all in all it is still happening well for me.

Today is a new day. Use it to your advantage. Sunday is a new year and I hope we all accomplish all we want and need to in the coming year.
