11 pounds lost so far on pre op diet! 3 days left!

19 days away..and the nerves are kicking in!!

ate a whole 6 ounce steak last night and did not feel any restriction!!! Why??!!!! :*(

Doing well on pureed but haven't lost any weight since I've started...but at least I haven't gained!!

gained 2 pounds in one day?? Trying not to be discouraged...

got asked to be in a wedding in January...hoping to be 50 lbs lighter by then! What better motivation than to look hott in an awesome dress? lol

had to increase my calorie intake from 600 to 800 and BAM!! lost 2 pounds since yesterday! Yay!!

How can you tell when to stop eating? I just started pureed stage today and stopped after 4 bites of my yogurt because I hiccuped lol
