I'm 5wks postop, went out to eat this evening and it was rather upsetting, in a good and bad way, I only ate no more than 3 tsp of food and spent over $12.00 on my meal..adjusting

What can I eat or should be eating 5 weeks out..thanks!!

"Pissed" it's been a week and half, the shrink has not dictated my eval. From what I've been told he's a month behind,really. I have completed all my requirements, now just waiting to summit info to the ins. co. Thanks for listening just had to VENT!
