  1. I keep track of everything I eat using myfitnesspal.com ( user bustout321). You can add me. I stay at 1200 calories and try to hit the gym min 3 days a week. If you combine these activities, the scale will go down. I also speak with my DR and get fills when he suggest and I do keep an eye on the green zone chart. This lets me know If I need a fill. Also, pounds is not all you should concentrate on. Waist, legs and arms are getting smaller! So stay positive and keep yourself accountable and best luck!
