I know this thread is old, but I recently visiting Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago. They accept IDPA or Illinois Public Aid and really took great care of me. You can reach them at 773-257-2020. Ash. -

You may have found a surgeon by now, but otherwise, check out Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago - they accept Medicaid without any issues and the wait time is very short. 773-257-2020. -
