i am also at bandster hellno restriction and i can pretty much eat what i want had my first fill on the 18th no restriction but i am dieting and i watch what i eat so i can get thru this

last nite i had chicken and alittle squash and some chicken soup that i made the chicken in i think it was to much i am still not feeling great any thoughts

congrats i am 4 weeks after surgery have you had fills how has it helped you has it stopped you from overeating

my first fill is on the 18th too having a hard time eating certain things i have to really chew and i haven't even had a fill yet
