Well, we took my mom out to dinner last night... was horrible, I totally ate around my band > ... Time to get back into the game

Just went to the Ralph Lauren store and bought a size 12 shirt! I used to not even to fit into the store!

Going in for a total unfill tomorrow due to heartburn. Terrified that it's a slip....

Note to self: stop trying to eat fresh deli turkey! It will get stuck!

Hello collarbone! Long time no see

In exactly one week I am going to be seeing relatives who have not seen me in a year/since I lost 50 lbs. I'm really nervous!!

Started new job today. SO STRESSFUL!

Just returned from vacation abroad. Lost about 4 lbs while gone! Whenever my friends/family ate out I just shared/packed most of it to take home. It was SO good to be full so quickly. And BTW, traveling really did make my band a little tighter, no idea why

Today is my 5 month bandiversary! down over 45 lbs and now time for vacation! Gonna be out of the country for the next 10 days. Band is kinda loose but no time to see the doc before my flight... Hope i don't gain a ton

Just had my second fill today and very nervous about what/if/how much I can eat

Its been a really rough week and for the first time since surgery I ate when I wasn't physically hungry. I'm so upset at myself Note to self: NEVER DO THIS AGAIN! so not worth it

Unless I misread the scale i think I just lost my first 20 lbs!!
